Each plan includes supervised toddler care, play-based learning activities, and meals or snacks as listed per package. Educational materials, daily activity updates, and access to our safe indoor and outdoor play areas are included in every plan.
Is there a registration or enrollment fee?
Yes, a one-time enrollment fee of EGP 500 applies to new families to cover initial assessment, paperwork, and setting up your child's individual care plan. This fee is separate from the monthly childcare package.
Can I switch between plans later?
Yes, families can request a change in plan at the start of any new month, subject to availability. Simply speak with our staff in advance so we can adjust staffing and space accordingly.
What is your policy on refunds for missed days?
Monthly fees cover reserved space and staffing regardless of attendance. We do not offer refunds for occasional absences, but extended illness or planned leave can be discussed with our team on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer discounts for siblings?
Yes, families enrolling more than one child receive a reduced rate on the second child's monthly fee. Details are provided during enrollment and vary slightly by chosen plan.
How do I pay for the childcare services?
Payments can be made monthly in cash or via bank transfer at our Luxor center. Invoices are issued in advance each month, and our staff can walk you through the payment process during enrollment.
